Do I have to give up rice and roti?

Absolutely not. Aimora is built on the philosophy that you can lose weight eating the food you grew up with. We work with your portions, not against your culture.

How is my calorie target calculated?

We use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation to estimate your Basal Metabolic Rate, then multiply it by your activity level. Your goal (lose / maintain / gain) and any target date set your daily deficit or surplus.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use Supabase for secure authentication and your data is never sold to third parties. You can request deletion at any time.

Is Aimora free?

The onboarding quiz, calorie plan, and daily meal logging are free. Premium features like detailed analytics and advanced meal plans are coming soon.
