Aimora is a personalised nutrition and wellness app that provides AI-generated meal plans, calorie tracking, and food logging tools designed for Indians around the world. Aimora is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Nothing on Aimora constitutes medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Aimora. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@goaimora.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements above can create an Aimora account — no invite code is required. We are an actively developing product, so features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Aimora for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI-generated meal plans or food database at scale
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Impersonate Aimora or its team

Aimora's calorie targets, meal plans, and nutritional values are estimates based on the information you provide and AI-generated content. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or clinical advice.

If you have a medical condition (including but not limited to diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, or pregnancy), consult your doctor before following any plan generated by Aimora. Aimora accepts no liability for health outcomes resulting from use of the service.

You own the personal data you provide. By using Aimora, you grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service — including generating meal plans, calculating calorie targets, and personalising your experience. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and AI-generated meal plans produced by Aimora are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you create within Aimora (such as custom meals and food logs) remains yours.

Aimora offers a free plan (including manual food logging, calorie and macro tracking, water and weight tracking, and a preview of your meal plan) and a paid Premium plan.

• Premium pricing: $11.99 per month, or $95.88 per year (equivalent to $7.99/month).
• Free trial: new users can start a 7-day Premium free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, and it does not convert into a paid plan automatically — you only pay if you choose to subscribe.
• Billing: paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Dispute Policy.

We will never charge you without your explicit consent, and we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@goaimora.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if we discontinue Aimora. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

Aimora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that meal plans will achieve specific health outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimora's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, health outcomes, or loss of profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland, unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms as Aimora evolves. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
