Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in period. You can cancel your Aimora Premium subscription at any time without penalty. We believe you should stay because Aimora is genuinely useful — not because you are trapped.

There are two ways to cancel:

• Self-service (recommended) — Go to Settings → Plan → Manage in the Aimora app. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel instantly.
• Email us — Send a cancellation request to info@goaimora.com with your account email and we will cancel it within 1 business day.

When you cancel, your subscription is set to expire at the end of your current billing period — not immediately. This means:

• Monthly plan — you retain Premium access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• Annual plan — you retain Premium access until the end of the annual period you have already paid for.

You will not be charged again after cancellation. Your card is not billed for the next period.

When your paid period ends, your account automatically moves to the free tier:

• Voice logging and photo logging become unavailable
• AI meal plans and swap features become unavailable
• Your food logs, weight history, and profile data are fully retained — nothing is deleted
• Manual food search and basic calorie tracking remain available

You can resubscribe at any time and all your data will be exactly where you left it.

If you are on your 7-day free trial and never subscribed, there is nothing to cancel — your trial simply ends and your account reverts to free tier automatically. No action is required and you will not be charged.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund (e.g. you cancelled shortly after being charged), see our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Cancelling your subscription is different from deleting your account. If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email us at info@goaimora.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process deletion within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
