Aimora is a digital subscription service operated by Mindquest Solutions Inc. Because we provide software and AI-generated content — not physical goods — our return policy is specific to digital subscriptions. Please read this carefully before subscribing.
Aimora Premium is a digital subscription that gives you access to voice logging, photo logging, AI meal plans, and other software features. There are no physical products, shipments, or deliveries associated with your subscription. As such, traditional "return" mechanisms (shipping back an item) do not apply.
All new users receive a 7-day free trial of Aimora Premium with no credit card required. You will not be charged during your trial period. If you do not subscribe before your trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier — no action needed and no charge will be made.
When you subscribe to Aimora Premium, you are charged immediately for the billing period (monthly or annual) and gain instant access to all Premium features. Because access to the service is provided immediately upon payment, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense.
However, if you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service, please contact us — we will review your case and issue a refund if warranted. See our Refund & Dispute Policy.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings. See our Cancellation Policy for details on how cancellation works and what happens to your access.
